How did your company implement Woopra?
Woopra provided the ability to collect individual profiles in real-time, which was extremely important to us. Many of the other tools only sampled data or provided aggregates. We didn't know how individual high-value accounts were using our tool. Being a small company with many high-value accounts, aggregate data wasn't worthwhile to us. The questions that we were getting were in terms of how economic and champion buyers, as well as everyday users, were using our tool. We were also trying to better understand our cohorts and segments in the base, and isolate their usage. We had a number of internal users; being able to look at them based on accounts, and understand how they were using the tool on customers' behalf, was important as well.
Lastly, and of equal importance, were integrations. Woopra integrated with both Marketo and Salesforce, providing valuable data which could be pulled into profiles and pulled back into those platforms.
How did you come to choose Woopra?
We already had Google Analytics implemented, and we compared Woopra to a couple of other solutions, including Marketo's web analytics, as well as Kissmetrics' mix-panel solutions. We reviewed a couple of analyst papers on the web analytics space and decided that Woopra was best suited for our needs, as an enterprise B2B [business-to-business] company looking for both account-based marketing, as well as analysis of individual accounts.
Are there any features that differentiate Woopra from other platforms you've used in the past?
The triggers were extremely useful. We were able to structure events, adding color codes and icons. We set the platform up in such a way as to offer reports to everyone in our product team, detailing how much their features were being used, the total values on the accounts using the features, and so on.
We were expecting these functionalities to be there, but once we started using them, it was great to see how much data we could get out of them.
How much have you invested in Woopra?
We fit into Woopra's enterprise pricing category.
