Vidi Corp helped me create management reporting in Power BI across 3 of my businesses.
They first created a Power BI dashboard for my real estate investment company. The dashboard combines the data from the property management system, the bank and budget sheets. It helps us evaluate the performance of 21 properties that we own.
I then involved Vidi Corp into creating financial analytics dashboards for Galeta Bakery which extracts the data from Sage. The dashboard helps the management team to keep track of our key metrics like sales, gross profit, credits, etc.
Finally Vidi Corp helped my luxury watch brand to automatically extract the data from Shopify and analyse our stock levels as well as financial position of the company every month.

1. The reports for our real estate company helped me understand the key drivers for revenue and profit fluctuations every month. They also helped me track any unexpected expenses from the property management company and save a lot of money in the long run.
2. The reports for Galeta Bakery helped us to determine customer profitability and highlight the most profitable accounts to our sales team. The management team is also using these reports every day to track our progress on key business metrics.
3. The reports for the luxury watches retail brand helped us identify the watch brands which stay in the inventory for a very long time. These insights informed our decisions on what watches we should buy for resale going forward. Since every watch is quite expensive, this analysis helped us to ensure that the business funds are not locked in the inventory and we have a healthy cash flow.

I am a total luddite but had the concept of the project in my head, and Vidi Corp were able to support not only in execution but more importantly in helping me understand both the technical limitations and possible unforeseen opportunities that the project could incur.

After a solid preiod of collaboration, they executed on the project within agreed terms. They were extremely reliable and communicative throughout, supporting through challenges we faced and of course my asking for more work or changes to the work as it was in a live state.

automotive industry. They created GA4 audit documents that highlighted the 
inaccuracies in our GA set up at the time.
We had 4 different website developers, each one with their unique website 
structure. Vidi Corp:
1. Analyzed the website structure of each particular developer.
2. Identified common tracking points for each website of one particular 
developer (URLs, Forms, CSS elements, and Data Layer).
3. Set up a GTM container for each developer, which includes a base set of tags 
for GA4, Facebook, Google Ads, and Pinterest.
4. Provided detailed documentation with a list of tags, triggers, variables, and

Vidi Corp helped us to create automated Power BI reports from the data in our ERP (SQL Server). Our database had dozens of millions of rows so our reports needed to be optimised significantly for loading speed. 

We needed to create reports that were used by all units of the company including sales, marketing, procurement, operations and finance. The analysis covered everything from our revenue to our cash flow and depreciation.  

Vidi Corp also helped us to create Power BI reports with a toggle to translate all the data from English to Bulgarian.

• We saved one full time business analyst position cost for creating and maintaining the reports in Excel by having the automated Power Bi Reports
• Our reports were highly recognized, as they were part of my application for the CFO of the year 2024 in Bulgaria. We won the category "Transformation of the financial function"

Vidi Corp helped us create Looker Studio reporting for every client that we serve as a performance marketing agency. We use this reporting to update our clients on the results of our SEO, PPC and other marketing efforts.

We also engaged them to help us to audit and fix GA tracking for several clients. Vidi Corp created audit documents summarising the issues with the current tracking and providing recommendations. They then helped us implement those recommendations and achieve accurate conversion tracking across our marketing channels. 

We still engage with them if we need support with GA4 consulting for our clients, tracking additional events or if we ever have questions about GA4 tracking.
