      They’re more formal than other companies we’ve worked with. Everything is supported by technology and formulized. On the other side, they don’t ask us to sign all the requirements in advance, release in two months, and ask for extra money if we’re not happy with the results. They adapt quickly on every sprint and don’t charge extra for flexibility. The team is flexible and fast; we just change it together.

      TechJini has done a decent job. We had regular meetings at the beginning of our project and were assigned an account manager along with our developer. We use Assembla as a tracking tool, which allows me to see all ongoing tickets and sprints, and we've also communicated through Slack and email. As time passed and our trust increased, the communication was reduced. I can give a number of tasks to our engineer and receive an update at the end of the week.

      Throughout the process, that resource was incredibly communicative. We had weekly sprint calls and we also had a weekly status update document that he would provide. If there were road blocks or instances where things were taking a little longer, he communicated that. In some cases, he definitely worked beyond the normal hours and over holidays and weekends just to make sure that we have what we need and that our clients are serviced and happy.
