I've appreciated their honest communication from the very beginning. Many other developers tend to be overly optimistic and overpromise, which can cause issues, but Pocketworks hasn't been like that. Their team has a very good grasp on their capabilities and timelines — they've been good at communicating expenses. Once, when we were about to launch, they needed more time to complete the project but were very open with me. They told me it would require additional funds and requested my permission to continue — I've appreciated their honesty, and we've never had financial surprises.
