In our company, we don't see him as an employee, but the key person to this huge success in this project. I'd advise customers to put a project manager on the Phaedra Solutions team because they're wonderful at helping and explaining the project.

      Isbah takes her job extremely seriously and is on the ball at all times. She’s available day and night — if I send her a message at 3 a.m. or 2 p.m. her time, I’ll get a response. I don’t even notice that we’re at a 12-hour difference. We also have daily meetings (sometimes 2–3) to discuss any situations. Literally working with their project managers makes my life easier. I like that I don’t have to be technical to get my idea across. I can just send them what I want to do, and they’ll do it, which makes for easy communication.

      Unlike most digital agencies, with Phaedra, I had both direct access to the developer and the team lead, pretty much at all times. They were available daily for any kind of review and were very flexible when we had to make additional changes to plans, treating this project as their own business and advising on best practices, rather than just a one-off task list. One comment that I might make is improvement in communication. For the most part, all conversations were done through a team lead, who had excellent English and excellent technical skills.
