      Using the project management system that Codal had put in place allowed us to respond to the needs of our client, put it in the PMS [project management system], and then the changes were done in a rapid manner because they're basically up and running almost 24/7 with their offshore development team. We had a dedicated project manager here locally, in Chicago, and he did a great job coordinating everything and making sure all the milestones were met.

      In one project, Akendi underspent, which I had never seen before. We agreed on several hours, and they were pretty transparent. The team told us they didn't end up using all the time that we had. We had a fixed price, scope, and hours contract with them. We haven't had any issues around project delivery. In at least one instance, they've returned money. We've never had a vendor do that before. They're highly transparent.
