The empathy-led self-assessment tool developed by B13AI provides insights into digital self-efficacy, emotional responses, and willingness to adopt technology before any technology is introduced. Through an interactive experience, the tool captures individuals' emotions towards emerging technology and categorises the responses into four personas—embracing, receptive, intrigued, and apprehensive. The personalised feedback supports users in their digital transformation journey and gives a detailed account of the positive aspects of each persona and suggestions for improvement.

 The B13 AI Ltd team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The project timeline and budget were tight, as this was a project funded by UKRI. This meant no flexibility on costs. Nevertheless, the team accommodated all needs within the budget.

From day 1, both B13 developer and B13 management, were very open in dialogue. Our B13 developer , was key in the architetcure, task creation and our software build. Output was great and highlighted any issues eealry, so they could be resolved. This was anything from QA issues, to limits in technology. Having early visibility was key, so that any hurdle could be addressed early in our develpment plan.

As B13 developer was part of the task creation process in our plan. Effort and planned timescales were very acurate. Issues highlighted early. Took a key part in standups, ideas and planning meetings.

The goal was to develop a seamless, platform that enables fleet managers and drivers to report, manage, and analyse incidents efficiently. The project involved the creation of both a mobile app for end users (drivers and fleet staff) and a web-based dashboard for fleet operators and administrators.

1. Mobile App Development (Incident Reporting App)

The mobile app serves as the frontline tool for fleet operators, enabling real-time reporting and incident tracking. Key functionalities include:

 • User Authentication & Role-Based Access

 • Secure login for drivers, fleet managers, and administrators

ONO was able to deploy the solution without delays, allowing fleet operators to start using the system immediately.

If theres one area for potential enhancement, it would be proactively offering more visibility into future feature scalability and Ai capabilities.
