Very positive response from customers, very few issues on launch, easily rectified in testing and a really smooth user journey.

Very attentive and responded quickly to our queries. They explained complex technical issues well and were always on hand to help.

Creative style and design. They also suggested ideas to make the app better which we needed as we were unsure of the possible scope. They found solutions to issues rather than just highlighting them and not finding a way through.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are now on stage 2 and cannot wait to start upgrading the system over time with the help of Intrface

In addition, we found their approach to be thoughtful and data-led, referencing insight found during user research to curate the experience.

Not much, maybe try to establish more thoughts leadership in the UX research in fintech area.

We had used Intrface before on a previous startup. They had a great deal of experience and a stunning catalogue of companies they had worked with before, so it was a no brainer to use them again.

After an initial kick off, we had regular catch ups to see how the branding was coming along. We were given a number of different options/themes to choose from, before settling on a particular concept and reiterating on it till we were all happy. They then used the branding guidelines to create wireframes of the website before fully developing our website.
