For what projects/services did your company hire Creative62?

We were looking to get our presence known and increase our customer footfall and redesign our website to fit with the brand.

How did you select this vendor?

They have completed work for us previously, and they know our style

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

A series of branded posts and words were developed following a theme. The posts were scheduled to be posted 4 times a week. Our website structure was designed and branded images were sought.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with one of the MD of creative 62, along with Leah and Adam.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While we have not seen a direct impact of increased sales in what we do the post have been received by our audience and our presence has been increased. we are still on the journey and we should be able to see the impact by the end of the year. Other design work on our branding has been warmly received by our audience

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective, and Creative62 was highly engaged.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Adam and Leah's commitment to getting the job done right and chasing me when I have been behind!
