Together Agency were asked to help increase footfall into Just for Pets stores by raising brand awareness and customer engagement across online advertitisng, loyalty scheme initiatives, influencer management & marketing, social media management, new store advertising and more.

Initially Together Agency were responsible for a controlled cluster of stores, after 4 months of the project it was clear that this control group was seeing greater increases in footfall and sales than the other groups.

We onboarded Together to help us reimagine our logo. We needed to refresh, refine and simplify. Working in close tandem with our inhouse design team – Together gave new perspectives and ideas, it was a collaborative piece and Together brought our new logo to life.

Our goal was to move away from a unreadable clunky logo and bring it into 2024 with a bolder, simple style – while also being a differentiator in the market.

We unveiled our new look in January 2024, across website, socials and marketing. we will be building brand awareness slowly throughout the year using key events to showcase and educate. This is not just a logo change but branding from messaging to core values.

The team, Anil, Jasmin, John and Chris were very responsive and always available to set up a meeting. It felt very easy to communicate with the team and the project management was flawless. BCLP were tackling a full rebrand internally, so having Together agency as another arm to the team was invaluable.

Re-design of 3 distinct products/services under a single, cohesive UI/UX experience. We engaged Together to help with the re-design of 3 distinct, but complimentary products/services that serve the ERP and Finance markets. The goal of this project was to take the 3 distinct products, which each had their own UI/UX experience, design language, user profiles etc and merge them into one, over arching platform, where they all feel like part of the same offering.

We were very impressed by Together Agency's overall engagement and interest in the project. Their company and team culture also blended well with ours, and it very quickly felt like we were all part of the same team and had been working together for years.
