We have a great relationship with 383, which is fostered through honest and open communication, clear expectation management, and keeping both parties involved with business priorities. I think where 383 can improve is to be more upfront from the very beginning of the project as to what is possible vs not and have it really clear in the SOW – this has been communicated to them and they have become better at it in the last few projects we’ve worked together.
