They were incredibly organized. If anything, sometimes they had to chase us. They used Trello, and we communicated via Slack. Many things were delivered on Miro boards. They also used another app where we reviewed what they’d done and gave feedback. They made the whole process simple. They did all the research, and we didn’t have to do a lot of work ourselves, so they made our lives easier.
