Working with HEIGHTS DIGITAL LTD as our design partner, we developed an integrated healthcare service and platform that complied with the highest regulatory standards in just eight weeks. The team was responsible for UX design, focusing on complex health journeys and blending digital and in-person components of healthcare delivery. HEIGHTS DIGITAL LTD also designed a new UI and created branding materials for usage across multiple platforms. We worked with HEIGHTS DIGITAL LTD and an external development agency, and the team helped coordinate efforts.

We initially engaged Heights Digital in 2021 to assist with setting up our Instagram and Facebook pages for the launch of our business and to promote a book that was launched by our founder. Digital heights created the initial social media strategy along with regular posting. In 2022, we re-engaged them to add a shopping cart to a pre-existing WordPress site to coincide with the launch of a product range. Along with integrating a shopping cart, new product pages had to be built, and the website required a total overhaul - including strategy, branding and marketing. Subsquently we engaged Heights Digital to also create a landing page, marketing campaign and manage paid ads on Meta. They have also worked on a number of email campaigns from initial strategy to execution. Heights Digital has also assisted with ongoing maintenance of our website, including any updates.
