We required to design the web application for managing our supply management of APIs globally. So the key deliverables were:

1. The wireframes of the features based on the ideation. 
2. The prototypes. 
3. The final screen designs. 
4. The user testing remotely and updating the designs.

we mesured few thing while working with them. The on-time delivery and the clear communcation through the project were paramount. Another meaurable thing was that, we expected our products to be much beautiful then our competitiors. We achieved it.

They delivered the deliverables on times and sometimes they asked for the additional times. They responded to our needs timely manner. They cares about their reputation and always keen to do extra things for our satisfaction.

1. reduce all the confusion by taking informed decisions out of UX researches.
2. testing the prototypes with the real users and change the design accordingly.
3. Improve the visual look and feel.

The measurable outcomes depended on the satistacftion of the users. So, we prioritized the task completions/interaction/user as our success metric. How many users completed the interactions without the supervision.

They delivered on time. Sometimes we needed additional tasks beyond the scope and only in those cases, they took time and informed us upfront.

Before implementing certain wordpress plugins they should have secured our approval first, since some plugins have security/hack issues and we needed to remove them and implement the features another way.
