In addition, we were both small businesses, so things could get difficult when both sides had tons of projects. However, they did everything within our budget. More on communication, they were highly responsive. If I sent an email on a workday, they would reply straight away. I always had a response from them as soon as I arrived at the office; they never “ghosted” me. In other words, they were always on top of everything.

      A bundling discount we offer on our product caused some significant issues. WooCommerce wasn't organically set up to manage that, so they spent quite a lot of additional problem-solving time making that feature work for us. Additionally, the French language component was very tricky because the plug-ins that they needed to use were initially auto-translating everything, and we wanted to have very specific control of the translations. So they actually changed the direction that they were going for the bilingual aspect halfway through the project in order to better facilitate our needs, even though it meant more work for them.
