Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We already had hired them for an earlier product and were very pleased with their work. Initially a representative of our company goes for a meeting in their office and describes what the product is and shares ideas about how we want the product to look like. 

After the meeting they usually contact us to ask any additionaly questions that we might have missed in the first meeting. In a short time they send us a very nice looking presentation with 3 or more variants of the designs. Sometimes it's quite difficult to choose because we like all of the variants for different reasons. 

After we choose what we want, our company sends extra cues. We usually decide to combine different components from each of the variants. After we send the cues it takes even less time for them to give us a more finalised version of what we chose, again in 3 different variants. We make a decision and give final touch-up cues to them and they quickly send us the finilised design of the product in the format we need.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We still haven't released the products that they worked on for sale, but we predict it is going to boost our sales significantly.

Every project was on time. Whenever we have had any questions they answered in detail.

Mostly their work quality. Every time we receive designs from them, our expectations are surpassed.
