Rooland did an amazing job! I believe if we had more time, we might have chosen a more thorough process, but it's impressive how quickly they got up to speed, understood our product and what we wanted to convey, and came up with so many great brand name ideas.

We conducted a thorough briefing process using their template, which helped them understand the brand's values, our objectives, and the industry landscape, including competitors. From this, they created a draft of a complete brand identity, including the value proposition, logo, color scheme, typography, stationery, social media presence, and packaging design.

The results were great. The team really enjoyed the branding Suzanne and her team made for us. We also received positive comments from customers who noticed and liked the new design.

The project went well and efficiently. It showed that Suzanne paid close attention to our feedback and used it for each step. We talked through video calls and emails since I was in California at the time.

We needed a new brand, an identity, and a manifesto. The team's approach was to first concentrate on the identity, the manifesto, the brand, and all the brand colors, and so on. This made a lot of sense to me because it helped us avoid getting distracted by the name of the brand and instead focus on what really mattered about the brand itself.

We managed to complete everything we needed almost within the initial timeframe. However, we took longer because we spent extra time discussing the identity and manifesto to ensure we were meeting the company's needs.

We followed a schedule by staying in touch regularly, using presentations, and not moving on to new tasks until the previous ones were finished.

We worked closely with Rooland to deliver a complete comprehensive brand and custom e-commerce website. The key deliverable: new logo, tagline, brand guidelines, brand elements, custom website, and custom packaging. This project took two years to complete and we loved the outcome and continued support. They are highly communicative and easy to work with, they delivered above and beyond for us and we could not have been happier.

We launched our e-commerce site and marketing plan and hit the ground running. We love our logo and branding materials and continue to work with Rooland to create more brochures and flyers. We are at a 400% gain in customers and engagement.

Rooland Partners began by analyzing our competitors to understand the companies in our industry. They also collected information from our business team and conducted interviews with stakeholders, focus groups, and meetings with our advisory council to ensure everyone was on the same page.

The team created a visual identity for our company and worked closely with us to make sure it matched our brand. This identity included designing our logo, defining our page styles, choosing color schemes, selecting photography, and creating graphic designs. They also helped us develop a verbal identity. We identified seven key brand pillars and went through exercises to refine them. After deciding on the names, we conducted a trademark search to make sure they were available and that everyone in our organization was satisfied with them. Rooland Partners provided us with the verbal identity, the names and descriptions of the pillars, a brand story, and a messaging document.

This branding project was very complicated, and the team was patient and committed to it. I have experience in branding, and I can honestly say that we got a lot of good results from working with them.

They provided everything we needed and kept us on schedule. Rooland Partners did an excellent job managing the project and was very well-organized. They managed our expectations, worked closely with our leaders, and supported us throughout the process. We used Microsoft Teams for communication and another tool for brainstorming ideas.

This is quite simple, but we believe we could have delayed starting the messaging part of the project because things changed. However, the language we use for our company is very complicated, and I'm not sure if we could have avoided that issue.
