Management acted quickly and effectively, but they didn't rush me when I needed extra time to progress through different parts of the project.

We worked closely with Rooland to deliver a complete comprehensive brand and custom e-commerce website. The key deliverable: new logo, tagline, brand guidelines, brand elements, custom website, and custom packaging. This project took two years to complete and we loved the outcome and continued support. They are highly communicative and easy to work with, they delivered above and beyond for us and we could not have been happier.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched our e-commerce site and marketing plan and hit the ground running. We love our logo and branding materials and continue to work with Rooland to create more brochures and flyers. We are at a 400% gain in customers and engagement.

They are very responsive and easy to talk to. Rooland was always on time and on budget, meetings were set at the beginning and we met once a week ongoing.
