We know we’re not one of their biggest clients, but I know that I could phone Michelle today and say we need a case study by next week. She’s great at turning things around quickly at a reasonable price. There’s never been a time where they haven’t met a deadline. Recently, we’ve sold a lot of equipment to hospitals during COVID-19. We have a lot of temperature measurement devices. We donated one to a hospital in Wales, and we needed something pushed out to the market in days. Michelle was fantastic. It felt like she dropped everything to do that for us.
