We had a large list but had never engaged with it, Melusine Studio worked through it and improved every aspect to turn it into a high engagement revenue driver. They consistently took on board our specific brand voice and visual guide to produce high quality content, responsively, and on time. Email marketing and flows now generate significant revenue through our ecommerce channels that didn't exist previously.

I’m the senior CRM and loyalty manager at REFY Beauty. We create easy-to-use, multifunctional, vegan beauty products designed for simplicity and efficiency, catering to all skin tones and types, and fostering a supportive community focused on confidence and streamlined routines.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Melusine Studio to accomplish for your CRM and loyalty initiatives at REFY Beauty?

We brought Melusine Studio in to build out our automation strategy and support a small CRM team as we were expanding into a global beauty brand

Melusine Studio has worked alongside our internal CRM team to provide customer journey mapping, optimization of existing flow emails, implementation of new flow emails, launch of a new win-back strategy, introduction of new segmentation logic for engaged cohorts, alignment of marketing email planning, personalized launch campaign for our loyalty program, activation of loyalty program flows, 
Klaviyo data cleansing, retargeting tests, customer data capture, and A/B testing and optimization of flows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Melusine Studio's work has resulted in optimizations of flows, the customer journey, and post-purchase processes. We've seen a 7% increase in post-purchase open rates, a 187% revenue growth from post-purchase flows, and a 24.9% increase in loyalty sign-ups. Our revenue performance year-over-year has increased 18.4%, with revenue up 200%. Our loyalty membership has grown 24.9% overall, with the UK seeing a 17.3% uplift and EU memberships up 26%.
