I'm the owner and Branch Principal for a Wealth Management business. I advise and manage client investment portfolios, for individuals / family's and trust.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wonderbean , and what were your goals?

We hired Wonderbean as we launched the office in 2021 and wanted to ensure that former clients could easily find us through various search engines. We also wanted to focus on potential new clients who were searching for advice and Wealth Management services across our region.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We spoke to various digital marketing agencies and Wonderbean stood out as being a professional yet friendly business that was extremely knowledgeable. They were able to demonstrate case studies of similar projects that they had managed previously and could explain in plain English how they could assist us in an area we know little about ourselves.

They did some extensive work to understand our business, the type of clients we would ideally want and we discussed our budgeting and how best to allocate capital. They then undertook a review of our existing digital presence, with recommendations for us to change and areas to improve on as well as bringing in additional contractors to assist with this work.

They then began building a digital marketing plan, which we reviewed alongside them and which they then implemented. We have ongoing reviews to look at KPIs, returns on our spend and editing and updating areas such as Keywords to ensure that our spending is targeted in the areas that we want it to be.

We work with their lead, Brooke, and an account manager who provide advice and management on the overall strategy and also with a Google specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have successfully built a website that is easy to find for our existing and previous clients to ensure that they can find us easily. We have also built a pipeline of new prospective clients who have found us by searching for our services online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a regular monthly call to review the progress on various campaigns that we're running and to review the MI that we are provided. We are able to ask questions around certain areas and suggest edits as when prospective clients make contact we're able to ascertain how they found us which we can relay to the Digital Marketing team. They are excellent communicators and the account managers keep us up to date with progress and provide us with regular reports on our campaigns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they are able to undertake all of our digital marketing needs from one place. They built the strategy and then pulled in all the required stakeholders / contractors to ensure that their work ties in with the plan that we have undertaken. Also, whilst being professional we have been able to build a strong rapport with the team and feel as though we can ask what might be some stupid questions (as we're not digital marketers!).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The cost of google advertising has risen over the past couple of years but that is not Wonderbean's fault; they have been proactive in ensuring we receive value for money.

I am the operations director for the company. We make 100% natural, non toxic, healthy cleaning and lifestyle products for the home made with essential oils and plant based ingredients.

We had an initial meeting followed by a few set up meetings to ensure Wonderbean had all assets needed. They took over the entire running of our digital strategy from suggesting the best strategy for us and managing and running ads, social content, email and SEO.

We worked directly with an account manager and assistant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we were speaking to potential investors, demonstrating ROI became more important than ever. Wonderbean came in and took over it all – from the social strategy to ads, email and SEO. We were delighted that our revenue grew by 800% in the first six months of working together.

We had weekly catch up meetings and received detailed monthly reports on all aspects of the project.

We were very impressed with how quickly they achieved their goals and targets.

We were launching a B2C eComm division and needed a specialist digital marketing agency to manage our strategy, spend and activation. The brief has continued to evolve since we first engaged Wonderbean and includes awareness, PPC, social account management, search, influencer and email marketing.

Digital marketing has continued to grow in focus and investment and delivers strong ROI for the brand.

We use Slack very effectively for weekly priority updates along with daily tasks along with face to face meetings twice a year.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Wonderbean have integrated into the internal team seamlessly. They work efficiently and are commercially astute to the wider business needs whilst being proactive experts in their field. They work in an agile way to adjust to changing business needs.
