LIMIVEX began with a simple frustration: recruitment firms kept paying agencies for activity, not outcomes. Our vision is to be the marketing function these firms never had, senior leadership plus a team that ships. Our mission is to turn credibility into pipeline for specialist recruiters, month after month. We value honesty over hype, specifics over spin, and human work over machine-made noise. We stay narrow on purpose: fewer clients, deeper attention, work we will gladly put our name to.

Daniel founded Limivex and leads client work as the fractional CMO. He has spent over a decade building B2B marketing for recruitment and search firms, owning the strategy and directing the team that ships it. He stays hands-on with every account.

Neda designs and develops client and internal websites according to the highest standards and latest principles of web design and development, with a focus on conversion. She then ensures those sites attract traffic and build visibility through SEO.

It is a genuinely hard market to differentiate in: job boards and aggregators dominate the search results, buyers are sceptical, and generic content gets ignored. Working almost entirely in this one space means we already know the buying journey, the objections and the channels that actually produce mandates, so you skip the learning curve a generalist would charge you for. We do take on adjacent B2B firms, in professional services, technology and similar sectors, where the fit is strong and our recruitment experience clearly transfers. But we stay deliberately narrow. Depth in one market is what lets us do sharper work, faster, than an agency trying to be everything to everyone.

You get the marketing function, led and delivered, rather than a stack of disconnected tactics. At the centre is Daniel Hill as your fractional CMO: a senior marketer who owns your strategy, positioning, reporting and budget, and sits close enough to your business to make commercial decisions, not just marketing ones. It is the same person every month, so nothing gets lost in handovers. Behind them is a specialist team that builds and ships the work across every channel you need: brand and positioning, a website built to convert and rank, recruitment SEO, a content engine, LinkedIn programmes for your consultants, and email. You brief one point of contact, not five suppliers, and you are never quietly handed to a junior on a stretched retainer or an account manager. In practice it works like having a marketing director and a small in-house team, without the salaries, the overhead or the hiring risk.

Engagements are monthly retainers rather than one-off projects, because owning a marketing function properly takes ongoing work. Programmes start at around £3,600 a month for senior strategic leadership, rise to roughly £4,800 when we also run the delivery, and reach around £10,000 a month for a fully embedded function where we own everything end to end. Where you sit depends on how much of the work you want us to lead versus deliver. Because you are getting a fractional CMO plus a team rather than a full-time senior hire, you get the leadership and the output without the salary, the employer overheads, the recruitment fees or the risk of a single hire not working out. We will always scope the right level honestly on a first call, and tell you if we are not the right fit, before you commit to anything.

Every engagement starts with a strategy phase: we get under the skin of your firm, your market and your commercial goals, then agree a plan and the numbers we will hold ourselves to. Nothing meaningful gets built before that is signed off. From there we work in bi-weekly cycles. Priorities are agreed, the team ships the work, and you get a monthly report against the metrics that actually matter to your pipeline: enquiries generated, meetings booked and mandates influenced, with rankings, reach and engagement as the leading indicators underneath. You have a single point of contact who knows your account, regular strategy meetings, and clear visibility of what is happening and why. What you will not get is a black box, or a dashboard full of impressions and follower counts dressed up as results. If a number cannot plausibly lead to revenue, we do not lead with it.

It builds in phases, and we are honest about that up front. The foundations move first: within the first month or two you can expect a rebuilt website or sharpened branding, cleaner search visibility, and a live content and LinkedIn cadence going out under your consultants' names and/or company page. Meaningful pipeline usually starts to build from around month three, as content earns rankings, your presence compounds and outreach lands. From month six onwards the effect is cumulative, each piece of work making the next one perform better. Marketing for recruitment is a competitive, compounding game rather than a quick ad campaign, so we set realistic expectations at the start and report honestly against them, rather than promising overnight wins we could not keep.
