We build and run abandonment, post-purchase, winback and subscription flows, plus campaigns and SMS in Klaviyo. For subscription brands we work on cancel flows, failed payment recovery and winback inside Loop. Our work follows the EK Retention Cycle: fix what is broken, test what could be better, keep what wins.
Every client gets a fixed monthly retainer, a shared Slack channel, one monthly report and one monthly call with their account team. We reply within 1 working day. We never take a percentage of revenue and we never guarantee revenue numbers. What we commit to is speed and clear reporting: the first flow goes live within 72 hours of getting account access, and onboarding takes 1 week.
