Social Karma is such a small team, they’re very casual and accessible. Any time I have an issue, I can pick up the phone and call Jennifer. They’re also receptive to any constructive feedback or ideas we have. We can have an open dialogue about what works and what changes we want to make. L.A. Social Karma is very on top of things overall. Whenever we’ve seen a few inaccuracies in their posts, they correct it quickly and avoid those errors in the future. The team always wants the customer to be happy. Be open and communicative about what you want as an organization—they’re happy to accommodate that.
