XGolf Simulator

XGolf all new family of 13 websites. Two corporate sites, one location search site and 10 franchise sites build within WordPress multi-site. Client wanted all new responsive, mobile ready sites that would allow users to book time on simulators for all franchise locations all over the United States. All the websites follow the same brand, look and feel. Each franchise has access to admin for

As designer and creator of our site, Douglas (CEO, PX Media LLC) developed several sign-up forms, live signature forms, and other functionalities unique to a financial services company. It was a beautiful job. They’re currently responsible for the hosting and maintenance of several sites.

Douglas worked primarily on his own, with our guidance and material support.

They managed to overcome some of the stumbling blocks inherent to WordPress development and the functionality of its forms. Douglas had a lot of patience and got it done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have an excellent eye for design and a solid technical sense. They understand what will look good for both desktop and mobile. Creating formats, forms, and designs for both mobile and desktop can be difficult, but he produced a gorgeous site.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Use a data or media room to upload all creative materials better. That would prevent so many emails and attachments from going back and forth.

The end product is 100% customer focused. The navigation paths and UX are all designed around the customers’ needs. The quality of the work is outstanding, and PX Media’s customer service has been great for the past 17 years. PX Media took the time to customize the solution to our end users’ needs and experiences.

In general, they manage everything related to the site ranging from updating our property listings, performing maintenance, and implementing SEO and promotional strategies. They suggested SEO work to improve our online presence and educated us on the whole concept.

After they consulted us on how to improve our rankings, we requested further recommendations about improving our entire website. As they redesigned our site, the team transitioned from DNN to a more compatible CMS that would help us achieve our goals. They’re currently considering new options to improve the UX. To keep our users engaged, they regularly write creative, new content.

This partnership has given us a great ROI. Our website has seen a 20% increase in traffic. We have over 100,000 visitors a month. These metrics show quite a difference compared to our results before working with PX Media.

How did PX Media perform from a project management standpoint?

PX Media does a wonderful job keeping tabs on things. Every question and request goes through Douglas via email or conference calls. We can notify him about any issues, and he’ll always contact the appropriate party to resolve them. They send us extensive detailed progress reports weekly to keep us up to date on the status. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is very upfront with us. As a woman-owned business, we haven’t always been treated ethically by comparable vendors. PX Media’s honesty and helpful support is a breath of fresh air. We greatly appreciate how well the president handles our business relationship. They efficiently manage and execute all the tasks we assign them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There have been some minor grammatical errors in the content they’ve created. While this wouldn’t make me consider changing our relationship, at times it has been easier to write copy in-house. Perhaps they could designate content creation to people who have a better command of the English language. They’ve already improved in this respect since we’ve worked together.
