Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Run Away as fast as you can. Don't get scammed. Run. Do not pass go. This should be called FullStop before contacting them. I've been in business for 20 years and have never received such poor quality service and work. The work is so slow, you will NEVER get your site done. And what is done, is done incorrectly. You will be promised the moon, and receive a trash can.

As of this writing, it has been nearly 2 months, and this company, ( from what I can gather, this " company " gets your money, then farms the work out to India ) is STILL unable to straighten out simple requests, and changes. What has happened in my case, is MY reputation has suffered, as I hired Full Stop, and despite nearly daily phone calls, and pleading, they are unable to do the simplest of tasks.

This company also uses ancient formats, they write their code, instead of using standard, highly proven, off the shelf tools. The net result is, you can't get what was done away from them to use elsewhere.

I showed their work to others, in an effort to to get deeper understanding of what FullStop is doing, and one for one I've been told I've been scammed. Do not, be fooled by their slick " sales talk " and alleged track record of success, it's all hype, it's all smoke and mirrors, delay, excuse, and screw ups. Run as fast as you can.

There is none. It is a phone room and a scam

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing about this so called company is right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Learn the business, and deliver what is promised. Get competent people. or quit stealing money.

I am the owner of an architectural visualization firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Full Stop Branding?

Our goal was to develop a brochure site to direct new clients to our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project was a very simple website development, including about ten informational pages, not utilizing any particular technologies.

What is the team composition?

They switched me through a bunch of different project managers, starting with David (Project Manager), then going to Ted (Project Manager), over to Jason (Project Manager), from there to Sean (Project Manager), and then finally back to Jason again.

How did you come to work with Full Stop Branding?

I originally found them through their website, which I liked the look of. I talked to them and signed up with them from there, but afterward realized that there’s another site completely identical to theirs and that the people in their references are not real.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost was $1,200, but I would estimate that I’ve lost tens of thousands of dollars in terms of lost business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020 and the process of getting my site back is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t currently have access to any of the deliverables that they were supposed to provide and have no evidence that they have done even remotely satisfactory work on the development at all. The design is fine, but their developers clearly are not experienced.

I’m trying to force them to turn my website back over to me, but so far have been unsuccessful. They ignore all of my messages and attempts to get my own property back.

How did Full Stop Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

Our original deadline was June 1st, which they missed. I said I needed it no later than July 4th, and we are now almost at the end of September, so they obviously do not do a good job with deadlines. Especially given that we’re talking about a website that would take an average program about four days to complete, I have not been at all impressed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t even know how many people they have there. They’ll use other people as scapegoats, and tell you one thing was maybe Sean’s problem, but now you’re working with Jason. But for all I know, Sean might also be Jason. The whole process is incredibly opaque to the customer.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just don’t work with this company. They shouldn’t be accepting people’s company, because they can’t produce a working product. There are a lot of reviews online from people saying that the exact same thing happened to them.

We are not able to start the marketing campaign. Which was scheduled to begans today. He still has possession of website and files and have already been paid. Also we want a refund for seo tool.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management wasnt good at all. They had over 2 months and still didnt finish.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing

They need to deliver the product they promised and cant get mad at person because they are emailing and calling about something they didnt do
