They’ve done great; they commit to realistic timelines. Sometimes they go too fast for us, but that’s nice because they’re requesting you to speed up a little bit. Also, they’re great at informing us upfront what they think is possible or over-ambitious, which brings everybody on the same page so we can have shared expectations. We have lots of digital tools where we collaborate directly. They use all the state-of-the-art project management tools. For example, they use Jira for the development process, as well as Miro and Trello boards. Additionally, we’ve integrated them into our Slack channel.
