They take care of the bugs on the website anytime they come up, and that's why I rely on them. They also came up with a recommendation that directly impacted the sales.

Overall, we're satisfied with their work so far because they have met our expectations, and we plan on expanding our partnership because we're very happy with the experience we had with them — we couldn't have done it without their help.

They're always on time with the deliverables and keep them within budget. Also, their team is very responsive and flexible. Regarding tools, we use Jira and Asana to track and manage the project and emails, video calls, and phone calls to communicate.

They are solution-oriented for the people that aren't tech-savvy and use layman's language for easy understanding.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I'm happy with their services, and I have nothing to complain about.

Talk to them, not like a solution provider, but as a team member that can have a take through their expertise.

Also, tell them what you want but, at the same time, ask for their opinion; they can surprise you with great points that you might have never known.

We decided to work with them on the web development side because we wanted a well-structured online store updated to the latest version of Shopify-2.0, so far we are satisfied with them and we will recommend them to others and we are on the right track and we want to we are progressing more and more.

We found them on the internet, on Facebook more precisely, we researched about them and their work, we saw some sites made by them, then we discussed by phone the things we want from them and we understood each other wonderful.

From the very beginning we discussed the goals we have and what each of us needs to do to achieve them. We set up the company in 2016 after sales in stores began to fall sharply, We researched the market and realized that in the field of online sales is an opportunity for us and that it will be the future, the steps we have made so far were small and because it was difficult for us to develop suddenly but the most important thing for us was to register our Pedavo brand in order to sell our products under its name.

The further objectives are to become a well-known company that sells quality products under the Pedavo brand and since we work with GENESIS ALGORITHMS we believe even more that this will be possible.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The work that the boys did was super well done, the results are satisfactory, the site looks very good, it moves very well and it is very easy to navigate on it. The traffic on the site is the same as in the past but the orders started to increase, the ratio of customers entering the site and the order increased by at least 40%. As I told you before, the work done by the boys is commendable and we will recommend it to others.

The boys behaved like professionals, all the time we communicated even several times a day both on the phone and on social networks, with every wish we had about the site they helped us to implement it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing was that the boys were fully involved when they created our site. It was not something mechanical, to create it and take the money, they advised us at certain times and taught us to work on the shopify platform because I hadn't worked before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment the only thing that can be improved is to upgrade shopify to 2.0

Asyncorigins is on time and on point and there’s good communication between us. We communicate via Slack. If they aren’t available on Slack, they’re always available on the phone, Messenger, or Facebook. Communication is never an issue.

The website layout is very impressive. It’s very modern-looking compared to other websites, and Asyncorigins’ design keeps the brand unique. It stands out.

Potential customers should find a firm that cares about their project, not just one that takes them as a client. Be friendly with them, and have a live chat about everything. Customers should take Asyncorigins’ advice, and they should understand each other.

I’m the founder and manager of K Promotion. The company was started in 2006 and is a manufacturer of workwear embroidery products, including t-shirts, vests, and coats. We offer complete services with industrial embroidery machines, and we sell promotional products from outside partners. We have a range of around 28,000 products.

I went to them for rebranding. I didn’t have a very good website to showcase my products and services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Asyncorigins revamped the entire face of my company, starting with the website. I chose a new brand name under which to promote our products.

They gave me ideas on compressing the information regarding my products and services into something that clients could easily find and read. They advised me on choosing the right logo, color scheme, backgrounds, and web copy.

They built my site using Shopify.

I worked with 3–5 people from Asyncorigins, including a project manager, developers, and content specialist.

I got 9–10 proposals in total. Asyncorigins had the third- or fourth-best offer in terms of price, but the project manager who talked to me was very professional in presenting their offer. He made professional sketches of some of the pages, and he inquired about the company’s domain of activity, products, and so on.

I started working with Asyncorigins in September or October 2019, and the site was finished in April or May 2020.

Every one of my clients, partners, and friends likes the site very much. I haven’t invested in advertising so far because I have to make some modifications to the site personally. I have gotten a few orders through the site so far.

I’ve told my clients about Asyncorigins, and one of them has already made a site with them.

We worked collaboratively. They made quick modifications to the site, and we discussed them until we found the perfect solution.

We had difficulty selling online because our existing OpenCart website wasn’t very good.

They developed our new website using Shopify. We also worked with them on the design. We had the logo, but they created the theme and adapted our image so that we can leverage it when it comes to brand awareness.

Right now, we have two new websites under construction and a campaign for Facebook marketing with them as well.

I’m thrilled with the site they’ve built. Our online sales are good. The website is responsive on any device, which is a big plus for our users. We’ve had very positive feedback from our clients. It is straightforward to use and aesthetically pleasing.

How did Asyncorigins perform from a project management standpoint?

I think initially, it was a little bit hard to work with them because I didn’t know how to work with a company that knows what they are doing. In the first couple of months, it was a little hard for me to understand everything. Afterward, things went pretty smoothly. 

We had a call every week where we would go through all the steps. We had a ticketing system in case something didn’t work out. We would just start a ticket, and they would help. They’re really well organized. Anytime there was a question, we would have a conversation on Zoom or Google, and we would clear up everything. I think the collaboration has been excellent, which is why I stayed in touch with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their perseverance is impressive. If we don’t like something, they will change it even if it takes them one or two hours more to do it. They aren’t trying to sell something; they’re trying to build a partnership. They do everything to make sure that you feel valued as a customer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

From an SEO perspective, they are working to develop some elements, and we have something planned for the next period of time. From a social media perspective, I know they had one person who left their team because she became pregnant, and they had to recruit someone with expertise in that area. I think those are two elements that they have to work on, but they’re already making progress.

Keep a close connection with them and have recurrent calls. Ask questions. Know what you want because they can pretty much do anything. Request everything that you want, and if they cannot do it or it is not possible, they will explain why, and your opinion will be valued.
