I was a co-founder of Sonantic. We create the world’s most expressive and realistic artificial voices for entertainment studios.

What challenge were you trying to address with Studio Drama?

We hired them for their graphic design services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Studio Drama assisted in designing different materials for us. They created our pitch deck for investors and designed our booth, including business cards and a banner, for a game development conference. They also helped design other materials that we wanted to push forward.

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with Will (Co-Founder & Creative Director) and one of his teammates.

How did you come to work with Studio Drama?

They were recommended to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from February–April 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our investors said our pitch deck was well-designed and easy to read. As for the booth, we noticed a lot of foot traffic — many people would drop by due to our booth’s attractive design.

How did Studio Drama perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great with deadlines and communication. We communicated via Slack and email and created our pitch deck using Keynote.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by how good they were at receiving feedback, communicating clearly, and coming up with suggestions.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I don’t think so.

Make sure to clearly define your project goals and timeline.

Drama undertook a full branding design work. They did an amazing job with a relatively constrained budget. They undertook 2 iterations and we ended up with an excellent brand and design

I am the CEO of Edições Globo Condé Nast, that publishes Vogue, Glamour, GQ and Casa Vogue in Brazil.

Redesign of Glamour Brasil, as it celebrated its 10th anniversary with a new positioning

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew Will's work and always wanted to develop something with him

After some initial meetings, we received 3 options of creative ways, each anchored with a very rich material. After we picked one, Drama develop the templates for the print magazine and also a proprietary font, Glamour Brasil Sans.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new Glamour print was launched with great buzz. Everybody commented on how amazing it was -- readers and client brands.

Just perfect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to immerse in our culture and history and translate that in a contemporary, global way was amazing! And to work with tight deadlines.

We are very happy and already working with them in a new project
