They delivered assignments on time, and if there was a delay, we were given proper notice and explanation. If you are looking for a company that wants to make sure that they get it right, Humeor is your place. They have meetings upon meetings at every step making sure that you are happy and if not will tear it down and start over. It is very impressive their willingness to put the client not only first but right or wrong the client is always right. Whatever they wanted the site to be, they will make that site. If they miss, they will go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes to hit it right on the head.

Everything was organized in Asana, which is a tool that we use internally as well so it was seamless communication between both sides. Something I found most unique about Huemor is how much they care in the success of the project. There was an issue that came up right before launch that our project manager was on top of and continuously working on throughout the night.

Pedrera’s team straightened this out, and, as a result, the last two shows in 2015 and 2016 have had very good, responsive website activity. I attribute a lot of this in the careful interaction between our creative services people and Tim’s team at Pedrera. The two of them have worked together just fine, and we haven’t run out of resources. This was a problem three or four years ago, which they’ve put their finger on and helped fix by simply setting up flags and beginning adjusting resources ahead of the curve. The fact that they’ve got this massive thing up in such a short timeframe was remarkable. I couldn’t be any more pleased with my partnership with Pedrera.
