      We didn’t hire them for marketing, but they gave suggestions anyway. We wound up selling the product. It was initially designed for our internal use, but we chose to market it as a service. In terms of efficiency, it gave us huge cost savings, but it wasn’t a profit center. However, Orases suggested that we could sell it and made a separate interface for external customers, which worked. That was a huge add-on for us.

We’ve struggled on our end to find a project management system that works for us because our team doesn’t have a traditional or formulaic approach. Rather, Modern Signal works with us to reprioritize items when we run into scheduling challenges. There’s fluidity in overcoming these hurdles because our relationship is incredibly strong. We communicate via a tracking system, email, phone, and web conferencing. Our teams rarely meet face-to-face.
