      Our project manager is US-based, but we also have an India-based project manager assigned to our team. They have always been very responsive and transparent, and have taken our feedback and needs seriously. We initially had an extremely short timeline for delivery, and development work often has delays, so we extended that timeline. Also, they've been responsive to our needs as a nonprofit. They've been willing to offer slightly discounted rates in order to help us fit the work into our budget, and they've helped us with technical language as we've applied to grants for this work.

      We communicate with Orases through Slack and Google Meet. We’ve had different frequencies for meetings throughout the project: in the early stage of the development process, we had weekly meetings. Then, during the production phase, we had biweekly meetings and then just monthly meetings to enhance the app’s algorithm. I’m most impressed with Orases’ knowledge of software development. They’re very communicative and open to discussions. Overall, Orases has done a great job.

      Since the new form launched, we’ve been getting a lot of new applications to the program, which makes me think that the process we implemented really improved the overall accessibility of that form. We’ve also seen an increase in visitors, but I would like to continue that trend and also improve our tracking capabilities. They do a really good job managing our communication and timelines throughout the work. Progress was always tracked very accurately, and they followed through on all of their projected deadlines for every task that we assigned to them.
