I'm the General Manager, a full service lawn and landscape maintenance company. We also perform installation services for clients who desire to enhance their outdoor space!

For what projects/services did your company hire Three Pack Marketing Strategies, and what were your goals?

Our website was built about 7 years ago, the we updated it once and had a web management company take over to manage the site and work on some minor SEO. We were very unhappy with the articles they were posting and the value we were getting for the price we were paying.

Three Pack Marketing came on board and we had them redesign the site to be more aesthetically appealing and more user friendly with targeted buttons for leads to fill out their info. We also had the goal of increasing our SEO both on page and off page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew Three Pack Marketing as a startup company and watched them learn and progress with their company. Three Pack is passionate about doing the job right and the best interest of the customer in mind. They are able to customize anything and are very knowledgeable with SEO!

We really honestly entrusted the entire project to Three Pack Marketing. They used Webflow for the site builder, Hosting for hosting, and a few other technology companies to make sure our site was clean, fast, and user friendly while also delivering the SEO that we desired.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw significant increase in our SEO and our Google My Business rankings both with back end SEO as well as the map pack on google

This is one area that was a bit more unclear, but we had weekly in person meeting with Three Pack to see where the project was at.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the site's design and speed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

On going communication would be something I would say could have been worked on. Just staying in touch and seeing if we needed anything.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I vetted out about 10 different companies, including some overseas. When we spoke to William we knew we were getting someone knowledgeable and likewise understood what we were trying to do as an agency. We were looking for fair pricing but also expertise. We didn't just want another "Website Designer" we wanted someone who knew website design but understood the big picture on more than just a level of development.

Every project with Three Pack Marketing Strategies starts with us presenting the client, business case/need, and explaining how they fit into the mold. William and his team do research on the area, what the biggest opportunities are when it comes to SEO and a Website and presents a bid. I present said bid to the client and once accepted we are off to the races. On a recent project, the team built out a brand new website for a pest control client that ultimately went from a 90s notepad website to a modern, beautiful website in about 6 weeks. From idea to launch there is constant communication and exceptional work progress.

I directly work with the owner, however my team has received work from 2 or 3 of the team members including design work and website development work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The websites that Three Pack Marketing Strategies launch constantly get high praise from clients but also the client's clients. The websites are easy to navigate, beautifully design, and are mobile optimized. I call that a complete success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Three Pack Marketing Strategies is always on time with their work. There is constant communication between me and the team and I never have questions as to the status of a project. If I do, it is simple to simply send them a message on slack and get a response within the hour.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach to website design is to not just launch a beautiful website, but it is to launch a website that is aesthetically pleasing but with a mindset that this is the foundation on which every other marketing strategy will be based on. A lot of websites are built to just be a website, these websites are built to be used in an omnichannel approach with the business goals in mind.

At this time I truly can not think of anything.

My name is Bailey and I am the CEO of a small business named Canopy Impressions. We're based in central Pennsylvania and we offer custom promotional items/gifts.

I initially hired Three Pack to create a logo for the business. I was just starting up at the time and was looking for someone to help me with my branding. We decided to work together and have since kept in touch. We recently decided to continue the relationship with a custom website that will be developed in the near future.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I actually knew the owner personally, so the selection process really came down to his ability to deliver and the budget for the project. Luckily for me, they were also in their early stages at the time and were willing to work with me despite my rather modest budget.

The logo design was a pretty simple process. We discussed a few logos that really stood out to me and the aesthetic we were aiming for. From there we decided on fonts and styling; and they were very receptive to my ideas. I was presented with a few concepts initially and they used my feedback to further narrow down my options. In the end, the work I got was exceptional and I couldn't be happier!

At the time, there was only the owner. So I worked very closely with him throughout the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process was rather quick and we were able to come up with the final design in just under a week if I recall correctly. I've had many compliments on the logo since having it made, and I'm quite happy with it myself!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Again, this was pretty early for both our businesses, so it was a one-on-one experience. The communication was very effective and our project was very quick as a result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found my experience with Three Pack to be very pleasant. He took minimal direction to come up with viable options for the logo and was able to implement my feedback pretty quickly as well. I think what impressed me most about working with Three Pack is that he took my project very seriously. Their attention to detail is apparent throughout the process, and their communication is consistent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, I don't think there was much that could have been done better. They worked with my budget and were very attentive to my requests during the design process.
