Golden Eagle’s project management has been perfect. Originally, we divided the development project into two-week sprints, defining deliverables for each sprint. Throughout that process, they constantly communicated with us. Even to this day, we communicate on a weekly basis with Golden Eagle. I even talk with Chandan every other week to check-in. As for collaboration tools, we’ve used Slack, Skype, and Trello, although it has been a while since we used Skype.
