The other thing I really like about him is that even if there’s a problem, Chuck will stay with you to work out the problem. We all know that Web projects aren’t without their hiccups. I always tell my clients we expect there to be problems, and what I really love about Chuck is his commitment to stay the course and if necessary to find creative ways to resolve issues.

The UI is incredible. It looks and feels like a modern app. Our old stuff was boxy and basic, but their new stuff is perfect for mobile—with rounded buttons and an Apple-like feel. Additionally, all the tests we’ve run on it have been phenomenal. Their ability to conceptualize ideas stands out. A lot of agencies lack the dual spectrum of coding knowledge and imagination. Their (and specifically Rick’s) ability to put imagination to work in a broader context helped realize my vision.
