We needed a website that was easily navigable for users, fit our branding and voice, and was able to present information in a digestible way. With Brooks Digital's help, they helped us succeed by providing the following key deliverables: 

1. Discovery Phase and Meetings 
2. Site wireframes 
3. Design comps 
4. A beautiful, well-designed site!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout the process, Brooks Digital kept us abreast of where they were in the process and what was needed on both ends to push through. Through that excellent communication, we were able to see they were on-time, solving problems, and providing incredible work.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was incredible! If there was ever an issue, they hopped on a call with us to talk through solutions and work together to what we can do to reach out goal. The clearly communicated any hiccups (there weren't many) and gave us regular progress reports that resulted in a beautiful, on-time site.

Their ability and willingness to problem solve. Whether it's finding a solution that fits within our budget, finding new and creative ways to add something to the site, or just sitting with our team and brainstorming, they were an excellent goal-setting (and reaching) partner.

• Audit and improve our existing website dStigmatize.org including making improvements for user experience, accessibility, user flows, methods of interaction, and visual elements.
• Create an online Resource Library on dStigmatize.org for healthcare professionals with the goal of creating a quick, helpful and informative repository of information.

Brooks Digital was hired to improve the user experience and design of our existing website, dStigmatize.org, while adding a new Resource Library to the website designed specifically for healthcare professionals. The improvements and additions to the site were designed to increase engagement and site traffic for all site visitors. 
In terms improving the user experience and design of our website, Brooks Digital delivered 3 new Wireframes (including design comps), implemented these Design Comps and improved the editing experience, and managed quality assurance and the launch of the site improvements. For the addition of the new Resource Library, Brooks Digital delivered 2 new Wireframes (including design comps), implemented these Design Comps, and managed quality assurance and the launch of the site improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brooks digital successfully delivered all promise wireframes and design comps, implementing them during the re-launch of the website, and have helped us with minor bug fixes and tweaks.

Brooks Digital had excellent project management. Using the platform Basecamp and a series of virtual meetings, Brooks Digital consistently exceeded our expectations regarding communication, timeline, and feedback integration. They were a pleasure to work with and were extremely professional and attentive to our needs and requests.
