I’m the VP of a travel agency that specializes in helping teens experience living abroad.

We needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gravitate designed and developed a website for us. The team first presented various mood boards. Once we landed on a final theme, they brought it to life and delivered the completed website. Additionally, they created a mobile-friendly version of the site.

We had a single point of contact, but a team of 4–5 worked in the background.

How did you come to work with Gravitate?

We found them through a Google search. They had previous experience in our industry, so we decided to work with them.

We spent $90,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from October 2017–February 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The team delivered a site that was aesthetically pleasing and had a clear flow. As a result, our users were able to find the content they needed quickly and easily. Additionally, it was super easy for us to tweak the backend when we needed to. Overall, having a good, stable website really helped us grow.

How did Gravitate perform from a project management standpoint?

The Gravitate team met every deadline. They were also very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the quality of their work. We love the website.
