The agency's team immediately expanded to solve such an ambitious task in a short time, they found posters for 13,500 films and made 4 resizes for each to meet certain technical requirements. The agency used neural networks to increase the size of some of the posters and produced 54,000 resized files in 2 months.

Their team handled very large project in tight deadlines. We needed 54000 images to be ready in 2 month and they made it happen. The project management was excellent from the very beginning, there was nothing to recheck in their work. The communication was easy and the managers were quickly reacting on all the tasks. Everything was delievered on time and in excellent quality.

kabanov agency worked on key deliverables to be used in several advertising campaigns. These included creating key visuals that would be used across various media channels (digital ads, outdoor ads, printed materials etc.), as well as creating major materials themselves, including resizes for particular media formats (such as digital outdoor billboards).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We mostly evaluated the design continuity and cohesion in relation to our previous ad designs, in line with changes that needed to be delivered. We also looked at the performance of those ads, where the design element was a partial indicator to the overall success.

The team was managed by the key person in the organisation, and most communication was done through the founder. The team completed the deliverables on time, however, few times some changes needed to be applied to correct the mistakes or make design changes, so that occasionally shifted the delivery dates.

Despite the fact that tasks were sometimes challenging, kabanov agency took little time to find solutions that were successful in solving our creative needs.

Perhaps, more attention to details should be placed in dealing with creative materials, to make sure layouts in various sizes are in line with the key visual, and fonts/sizes are balanced within the final designs. Small mistakes in spelling (though in a foreign language unknown to designers) sometimes were transferred from one design to another, despite being highlighted a few times.
