      During the actual project, we met with Steelhead every two weeks - they call these sprint reviews. In each review they presented three things: timeline update, budget update, and a demo of the latest progress. We always knew where we stood on everything, and it was neat to see our feedback built into the next round of software changes. We’ve been really impressed with how transparent and collaborative Steelhead Software has been through the entire process. They really took the time to understand our goals. They were focused on doing the right thing for us with our software project. And the check-ins made us feel like we were in control the entire time. There were no surprises. And they have been great on support, too.
