For communication, we mainly use email or phone. Jeremy is always available through phone calls, and if he isn’t available, he calls me back as soon as possible. We have unlimited access to them within the parameters of our payments, but we never take advantage of that. However, we can always ask them questions and advice as part of our deal. It’s never difficult to reach them and get information.

It was really beneficial for us to get effective answers to our questions, and then also to get advice from somebody who's been doing this far longer than we have. One of the key components of this partnership has been having somebody who's approachable but also an expert, and I think that's the primary value we gained.
