      C42 strictly followed their very structured process outlined by the SOW. Timelines were tightly held by C42. Customer was the holdup and cause for extended development schedule. C42 team was very interactive from the very first introductory call. Their use of Basecamp as a communication tool took a moment to get used to but worked very well. They were equally responsive in other communication tools such as email and phone calls, but clearly prefer Basecamp for record keeping and their internal communication with team members. C42 seems committed to making sure their service and deliverables are prompt and on time. Any delays were customer related. C42 was very understanding when it came to our internal content review and the delays that it caused while gaining team member consensus.
