Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Digital Marketing Manager at Engineering Design Services, an engineering consulting firm located in Corpus Christi, Tx. EDS serves the Petrochemical, Renewable Energy, and Technology industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nine Planets, LLC?

We hired Nine Planets to create a more modern website for our company compared to our old one.

How did you select Nine Planets, LLC and what were the deciding factors?

We selected the vendor based off of being reasonably priced and the first call I had with Annie.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a couple meetings to discuss how we wanted the website to turn out, we received a style page to approve the theme of our new website. Once the style was approved, I added all information & images into a google drive file for Nine Planets to upload.

Once the website was finished, I was walked through how to use WordPress where our website was made.

I communicated mainly with one person and received a few emails from two other people.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our company was happy with the outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The individual I was in contact with was very good at communicating with me. All of our meetings were through Zoom which we had no problem with because you can share your screen with the other person on the call.

Someone referred me to Nine Planets several years ago and they are great.

Nine Planets has re-done my website several times (as my business has changed). They are always timely and easy to work with. I especially like how easy it is to make changes once the site is up and running. If I need something, they just sort it out for me.
