I receive a digital marketing calendar the month prior, to look over and approve or edit. They are also very open to ideas that we come up with, even if the calendar has already been approved. They help me by boosting my ranking on the local SEO in all areas we service.

The owner and her employees have been very attentive, always easy to communicate with, quick to respond. Very open to collaborating and learning about our business.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our social media presence has increased and we have much more engagement from our target audience. We have received compliments on our posts, and some competitors even trying to copy them!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good communication. Very easy to get ahold of and to collaborate with. A monthly zoom call to go over our goals for the coming month.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge about how to improve my business is impressive, as far as my digital presence.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. They do a great job. I know they will grow fast so constantly looking for qualified employees is probably the right move.
