Altsource management style was very easy to work with. Most of our simple communication is done through slack. When more detailed discussion is needed we get on the phone to discuss. For the main project and any updates and new features, we are always provided with a detailed scope of work that lists minimum and maximum hours each feature will require. Altsource has always proven to be truly interested in being a partner not just a vendor. They do an excellent job of learning what we need and then providing solutions to our needs. They don't always just jump on every little feature request but they help prioritize features to get the best end product even if it means reducing the scope of the project.
