Wacom Technology Corporation is a hardware/peripherals company. I am the director of marketing.

We had many broken things happening on the blog. Roboboogie fixed the broken items and began creating a plan to update and optimize the blog.

Roboboogie is my favorite agency and my most trusted business partner.

We asked Roboboogie to identify the broken pieces and begin planning for a full restructure of the blog website. We had a series of meetings and the Robo team worked through each of the items.

3 people. 1 account supe, 1 project manager, 1 developer.

We're still in process.

I really like the communication and I appreciate being able to reach Alyssa on teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been working with Roboboogie from nearly the start. I love their professional approach and their communication style. They always get the work done and they are always thinking ahead. It's the perfect combination of tactics and strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This questionnaire is very long. I'd rather not do this for every project. I don't talk to John Gentle or Jed enough. We used to get lunch and now I starve. It's sad.
