We needed someone to provide us with digital marketing and PPC.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Logical Position is providing us with their PPC and digital marketing services to help us come up with strategies to convert more customers. They’re also helping me group my products together to market an entire category easier.

What is the team composition?

I first talked with the initial onboarding personnel and I’ve had a dedicated project manager as my main point of contact ever since.

We came across their company while researching online.

We’ve roughly spent $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in May 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Logical Position, we’ve lowered our cost conversion while they manage our campaigns, and have successfully helped build our traffic up — at one point, our website gained about 80,000 visitors in a month.

Apart from that, they’ve decreased our website’s bounce rate from 80% to 60% so the metrics have been consistently good.

How did Logical Position perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management perspective, as they’re able to stick to our budget and timelines.

We communicate regularly through email, Slack, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciate their effort to help me rearrange several items on the website to drive traffic and profits.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on communicating the data on Google Analytics to people who don’t know anything about the software.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise educating yourself on basic digital marketing, PPC, and Google Analytics before starting a partnership with Logical Position.

We hired Logical Position to lead our email campaign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Basically, we get leads; people sign up and the Logical Position team helps us retarget customers who leave us an email. They use Klaviyo and it sends out emails on a daily and monthly basis.

We also share ideas with the team and they follow our content calendar. Then, they help out with our newsletter. 

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is our account manager.

How did you come to work with Logical Position?

They reached out to me and wanted to partner. After some back and forth, we decided to give them a try. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the partnership in July 2020, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been doing a good job and I have no complaints. 

How did Logical Position perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager handles everything and we talk to them on a daily basis. We also have regular meetings with Logical Position.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so — since we continue to work with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s a mutual partnership — sometimes, when you think of what you want, it’s different from what they have in mind. That's the reason why you have to spend enough time with an agency to make sure that they understand what you want.
