Gaining a true understanding of our organization, its impacts, its culture, and its intended future.  Upfront strategy work was conducted throughout each stage, with a clear focus on participants, employees, and the site's strategic positioning for future growth.  Brand alignment and messaging are integrated into each phase, as is the visual and aesthetic design.  

There is a clear and consistent explanation of who you serve, what we do, and why it matters, across each page.  Additionally, there is a clear, digestible description of our core service lines, who they are for, and the subsequent outcomes of each respective program.  And finally, there are multiple audience entry points to help the inquiry navigate easily to a specific channel for further communication/follow-up.

1. A very clear and improved version of our services and mission
2. Increased access to care and services (efficient and easy to navigate)

At each phase of development, Brooks Digital delivered on time and helped our leadership remain focused on tasks at hand.  We had numerous questions most meetings and Brooks did a extradonary job in "making sense" of our concerns or messages we wanted to convey to the sites inquiries.  Throughout the process a consistenet comment was made by our leadership team....." they get us"

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For them (Brooks Digital) to fully understand our "strategic intent" and package it into plain language without oversimplifying, which is especially important given the complexity of our programs and funding channels.  Finally, their solution-focused approach to an organization that historically had difficulty in messaging and telling stories, but also capturing our ever-important internal culture.. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brooks Digital could have done differently?

As with any major redesign, there were iterations and refinements, but the process remained constructive and solution-focused.  During the final "content" phase, it did become difficult to meet the timelines established largely due to the iterative nature of the work and our leadership demands, outside of this project.

We needed a website that was easily navigable for users, fit our branding and voice, and was able to present information in a digestible way. With Brooks Digital's help, they helped us succeed by providing the following key deliverables: 

1. Discovery Phase and Meetings 
2. Site wireframes 
3. Design comps 
4. A beautiful, well-designed site!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout the process, Brooks Digital kept us abreast of where they were in the process and what was needed on both ends to push through. Through that excellent communication, we were able to see they were on-time, solving problems, and providing incredible work.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was incredible! If there was ever an issue, they hopped on a call with us to talk through solutions and work together to what we can do to reach out goal. The clearly communicated any hiccups (there weren't many) and gave us regular progress reports that resulted in a beautiful, on-time site.

Their ability and willingness to problem solve. Whether it's finding a solution that fits within our budget, finding new and creative ways to add something to the site, or just sitting with our team and brainstorming, they were an excellent goal-setting (and reaching) partner.

• Audit and improve our existing website dStigmatize.org including making improvements for user experience, accessibility, user flows, methods of interaction, and visual elements.
• Create an online Resource Library on dStigmatize.org for healthcare professionals with the goal of creating a quick, helpful and informative repository of information.

Brooks Digital was hired to improve the user experience and design of our existing website, dStigmatize.org, while adding a new Resource Library to the website designed specifically for healthcare professionals. The improvements and additions to the site were designed to increase engagement and site traffic for all site visitors. 
In terms improving the user experience and design of our website, Brooks Digital delivered 3 new Wireframes (including design comps), implemented these Design Comps and improved the editing experience, and managed quality assurance and the launch of the site improvements. For the addition of the new Resource Library, Brooks Digital delivered 2 new Wireframes (including design comps), implemented these Design Comps, and managed quality assurance and the launch of the site improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brooks digital successfully delivered all promise wireframes and design comps, implementing them during the re-launch of the website, and have helped us with minor bug fixes and tweaks.

Brooks Digital had excellent project management. Using the platform Basecamp and a series of virtual meetings, Brooks Digital consistently exceeded our expectations regarding communication, timeline, and feedback integration. They were a pleasure to work with and were extremely professional and attentive to our needs and requests.
