Chris' designs had very few modification requests throughout the project's different phases before its implementation in a few months — he hit it out of the park. Moreover, Naveed understood the project very fast, as he asked great questions during the interviews and quickly understood what our clients and we wanted to do. What impressed me the most was Usman Group's ability to source the right feedback from our users. One of the main reasons we hired an external company is that we were having a hard time surveying our users and getting actionable feedback. Nonetheless, Usman Group's team did that part well, translating into a design that worked for all our users.
