However, when I called the network operating center, and they realized the gravity of the situation, it was immediately forwarded on up the ladder to a regional director and then the network operating center manager was involved, too. He followed up with me with a conference call within a half an hour, and then had 15-minute updates for me pretty much throughout the whole process. It was resolved quickly, and I was well informed throughout the entire process. That's pretty much been my experience through most of anything that's ever come up as far as them helping us resolve issues or problems, or even one-off projects and new things that we were looking to install. They're very organized, very efficient and communication is typically good.

When we first started, their helpdesk processing really didn’t work for us in terms of letting us know what the status was and if someone was working on it. We had a call and it was completely changed by the next week and things were much more transparent for us. We get an immediate response with the helpdesk ticket. We get a number which we can then follow up on and an engineer will communicate with us the whole way through the ticket.

They did a pretty good job from a project management standpoint. I wouldn’t say they were quite perfect since we had to push for a couple of items to make sure things were getting done from a deadline standpoint. However, it was only because of the very aggressive deadlines that we were setting it as our process was faster than any other client that they had onboarded with Box and that they had been part of. KSM Consulting had set up communication tools for the project, but I'm not sure if they used their own internal software or just used a Microsoft product.
