Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the client relations and PR manager at a security alarm company. We install burglar and fire security systems for commercial and residential clients and provide 24-hour monitoring and maintenance.

What challenge were you trying to address with trueITpros, LLC?

We wanted to improve our website’s Google search ranking within our local market. Although we’ve been in business for 40 years, our Google positioning was very weak, so we engaged trueITpros to help with SEO. Our main goal was to improve our placement on Google to attract more residential clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve engaged the trueITpros team for a range of services, but the primary focus has been marketing and SEO. The trueITpros team has been working on our website to help improve our SEO and positioning on Google. We’ve had several conversations about our goals, and the trueITpros team has learned about our industry and services. 

Additionally, they’ve conducted keyword research and provided us with a list of popular keywords based on our business services. They’ve also made structural and design changes to our website and altered our content to incorporate effective keywords. The team has also written new articles for our blog and Google Business page.

Aside from the SEO services, the trueITpros team has made suggestions for us to improve our social media presence. They’ve also provided IT support for our remote access camera systems.

We’ve worked with three team members from trueITpros, but Dustin (Digital Marketing Manager) is our main point of contact.

We’ve always wanted to stand out within our industry, and trueITpros has helped us differentiate ourselves. They’ve really taken the time to learn about our industry and company culture. As a result, they’ve delivered on their promise of uniquely positioning our business within the marketplace. 

We’ve been thrilled with the overall results. Since working with trueITpros on improving our SEO, we’ve consistently appeared at the top of Google’s organic search results in our desired categories. Our website traffic has increased, significantly increasing our local brand awareness. We’ve also noticed an increase in leads from our website and a boost in click-through rates. 

How did trueITpros, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The trueITpros team has managed the project well, and things have run smoothly. As a local small business, we don’t have as many resources as national security chains. The trueITpros team has understood our budget and given us solid results for a reasonable rate.
