She’s very strategic and creative herself, so when I present our challenges, she really understands how to overcome it and move our brand forward. Having such a creative partner can be a double-edged sword—sometimes, they have a tendency to see things their way, so we have to have a conversation to get them to see things our way or open up to realities. That said, we’re glad they’re able to start from such a creative place, rather than us having to challenge them to come up with better solutions.
