TechMD does care because they care about us, and that’s genuine. That’s been huge, because they know what we’re doing and why we’re doing what we’re doing, and they want to make it better. I’m constantly impressed by how often they’re willing to spur-of-the-moment send a tech out to one of our locations. If our internet goes down, our POS also goes down, and that means that we’ll have a store full of girls trying to get their equipment, and we can’t do anything about it. Even though that might be a very small issue for TechMD, it’s a huge one for us, and they know it. They’re always willing to help us out as much as they can. Their willingness to go above and beyond for us is just amazing.

Verified Technologies is knowledgeable and dependable. The team is a support system for us, and their quality of work is excellent. Since we were their first client, we’ve formed an excellent rapport with the team. The team fixes issues immediately, 80% of the time. When they’re available, they address problems within the hour. If they’re off-site at another client’s office, they’ll inform me where they are and get to us as soon as possible. We use email, text messages, and phone calls to communicate with them. Usually, we send them an email, and Verified Technologies puts up a work order and emails that to us. From there, they update us as they work on the problem. I also have Alan and Randy’s cell phone numbers to call them during an emergency. Since we’re a small company, there isn’t much of our work that intertwines with Verified Technologies’ tasks, so we can go weeks without speaking to them. However, we call them when needed, and the team is always there to help. As for on-site visits, other IT companies promise they’ll be over in an hour and show up 2–3 days later. Meanwhile, Alan and Randy show up when they say they will. While other IT companies charge hourly, Verified Technologies charges us a flat fee, whether or not we use them often during that period. Their monthly price is reasonable and reliable; the team doesn’t nickel and dime us. Overall, they offer us a very competitive package. Verified Technologies is honest and always there for us. They deal with issues quickly, whereas other IT providers have been hard to reach and get back to us hours later. Verified Technologies is constantly available and knowledgeable to solve problems quickly.
